Hoping New Ownership is Huge Improvement

We have constantly had to beg for just the basics to be done with maintenance issues. Garbage is always terrible and all over the place. The dumpster needs to be on an elevated pad because the parking lot floods so badly that its 3" deep in water to empty our garbage in just normal rainfall. I have pictures of rats walking up to us at our front door, not even afraid and running off. Do you have any idea how terrifying that is? We have waited 3 yrs for our carpet to be replaced, while others around us have been completed. The bathroom needs a complete redo. Mainly the bathtub and we dont even use the storage under the sink because its so awful. The sink is about to fall through. Our kitchin countertop is painted and have been promised for 3 years that it also would be replaced immediately. It is stained and embarrasing and just not sanitary. I feel like I could go on and on. Unfortunately I actually feel bad for saying all the above, But every time the property is sold we are promised these issues will be taken care of and then nothing happens, except the property is sold again. So I am hoping to see these issues resolved now that you investment group has taken over.
